In-person Patient and Family Education

Educators provide families and patients receiving care at Shirley Ryan 香港六合彩即时开奖 with personalized, in-person learning opportunities and support. Patients and families speak with educators one-on-one preparing patients for successful discharge and community reintegration.
Peer Mentor Program

Former patients, families and caregivers representing many medical conditions form a team of mentors who share their lived experiences to support current patients, families and caregivers.
