Foot Pressure and Force Trajectory Changes Resulting from the Dwyer Procedure

Foot Pressure and Force Trajectory Changes Resulting from the Dwyer Procedure

Body

To evaluate the Dwyer procedure we will assess the changes in foot pressure distribution and center of force (COF) trajectory of patients who had gait analysis done at the Motion Analysis Center. Specifically, we will measure the changes in lateral and medial length, and longitudinal COF trajectory excursion, and the overall changes in foot pressure distribution. The results from this study will help to better understand and quantify the outcomes of the Dwyer osteotomy and its effectiveness for treating varus foot deformities.
