Objective

Researchers at Shirley Ryan 香港六合彩即时开奖 are recruiting for a free, 8-week, online wellness program through the National Center on Health, Physical Activity and Disability (NCHPAD). The purpose of MENTOR is to improve health and wellness for people with mobility limitations living in the United States. 

MENTOR is customized to each participant’s individual goals and needs. Participants receive free exercise equipment to use and keep, and have access to a health coach, fitness instructor, dietician and mindfulness coach. Participants have access to online, adapted exercise classes, cooking demos, mindfulness sessions, and a chance to connect with others across the country in the program. 

Who Can Participate

  • Individuals 18 years old and older who live in the United States
  • Have a mobility limitation
  • Complete a quick, online screening to qualify. to go to the screening.
  • Access to a device that connects to the Internet
  • Participation requires five hours per week
